some of my servers do not access to internet because of that this warning appears on my console.is there any solution to disappear the warnings.I disable LiveGrid from policy but my server`s status got critical. is there another way(disappear LiveGrid Warning)??

Difference between local status and remote status
Servus Community,
I have a Mac OSX client that SMC says hasn't reported to the server in two weeks, but the user is in the house every day and the status log on his local machine says that everything is fine. How can I fix this?

ESET Endpoint Security app keeps closing
I have checked both tablets having the issues and they are on ESET Endpoint Security version 2.7.9.0 Opening app and then it immediately closes and says app stopped working. These are AT&T Trek 2 HD Model K88, and they are running Android 7.1.1 They are ESET fresh installs as well. I have tried uninstalling, reinstalling, Clear Cache, Clear Data and nothing works. I go through install like ones we have done in the past and everything works except when I go to open the app to finish install after downloading.
My phone was on 2.6.2.0 version and worked just fine. I updated to 2.7.9.0 and it still works and app opens.
I took another AT&T same model tablet that already has ESET 2.6.2.0 on it and it works and opens. Updated it to 2.7.9.0 and it works just fine. App opens without crash.
Sounds like a fresh install issue? Any help?

Failed to synchronize package repository
The rest of the message is "See trace message for more details."
I see this randomly on clients when trying to upgrade the antivirus and it causes the tasks to fail. Typically running the task again results in success, but it happens frequently enough to be a pain.
I see a lot of the following error:

Antivirus client update inconsistency
I am still battling with client update inconsistency. Sometimes they fail and then I try again a few minutes later and they are successful without any changes being made. Agent trace logs are showing the messages below and the ESMC console shows Failed to synchronize package repository. See trace message for more details. The name of the server resolves accurately on the client and I have windows firewall rules to allow the ESMC server on all ports.

I created a Client Activation task and run it on my clients and after a while again my client`s still license Missing.
what can i do??

ESMC firewall deploy clear clients built-in rules
Hello
I have ESMC and EES clients with policy based firewall. When a firewall policy are applied on clients, the built-in rules are deleted, even when I choose append rules to existing on client.
Is this the desired behavior?
Is there a method to keep the built-in rules?

Adding scan exclusions with wildcards not possible
Hello,
I would like to add scan exclusions at a polcy for ESET File Security (Windows Server 6+) in ESMC but I am not able to add wildcards (* or ?) in the paths.
It is only possible to add wildcards in file names but not for folders.
Regarding the following article it is possible to do so:

The deamon freeze, after a reboot/restart after 5 until 15minutes.
Before it freezes it scans and delivers Mails just fine.
It Worked like a charm the last "year"

Unable to install Endpoint Security
I uninstalled a problematic Endpoint Security but it prompts "Installation error". So, I use ESET uninstaller tool to uninstall agent and endpoint security in safe mode. The uninstallation looks successful. However, when I reinstall Endpoint Security again, it prompts "The installation was not completed successfully" and error code: MSI.2203. I used the "online one-time scanner" to scan. Smart Scan found no virus while Full scan found 7 virus and removed them. However, I still cannot install the endpoint security. The same error still exist.
Please advise what to do. Thank you very much.

Problem of exporting agent certificate from ESMC 7.0 server
I want to export the agent certificate from the server. However, when I click "export", it pops up "Welcome to the Certificate Import Wizard" with the option buttons "Current User" and "Local Machine". It is not for exporting cert but import. It is unreasonable. I tested that the same is that of Proxy cert and cert for server assisted installation.
I need to export the certificates for server migration. Please advise how to solve this problem. Thank you very much.

Hi,
I am getting ECP.20006 and ECP.25 error while trying to activate some of the EPS clients. Internet is ok and other clients have no issues with activation. I thought it was an issue with ERA, so I upgraded that to ESMC but the issue persists. Please help me resolve this issue.

2. If i run Windows Server 2016/19, can i use one endpoint license for the server and 2 VM's or does each VM also need a license?
